HDD Checklist

This document is a checklist for inspecting horizontal directional drilling equipment. It contains 12 items to check on the equipment including the engine, tracks, hydraulics, lights, hoses, fire extinguisher, and operator certification. 7. Head & tail light and indicators are in working
condition.
8. Hydraulic hose are in good condition and free from
damage and leakage.
9. Side mirror should be in good condition.
10. Front & Reverse horn in working condition.
11. Fire extinguisher in operator cabin.
12. Operator have suitable license/experience certificate.
