INTRODUCTION
In this section for this chapter, the team describes all the procedures to conduct their
research project.

They also choose a set of strategies to carry out their investigation to avoid
inconveniences in (name of the research).

Besides, in this chapter, researchers present the sampling procedure and planning
phase for the project.
3.1 SAMPLING PROCEDURE
You have to choose a sampling procedure.
Convenience sampling procedure due to:
 Time
 Accessibility
 Willingess
3.1
3.2 PRELIMINARY PHASE
In this sub-topic, researches aim to direct to the readers the
importance of the development of the project, by giving a short
explanation of the main reasons that woke up the interest of this
work.
3.2
3.2.1 APPROACHING THE FIELD OF STUDY
Here, researchers express why they chose their problem, by showing how their
attention was captivated by the addressed problem.

This one also shows a little information about results obtained from the tools.
3.2.2 DEFINITION OF THE PROBLEM
Here, researchers express in a brief overview the problem and identify the elements
of the scope of the research.
Researchers explain how many problems they focused on their research project and
which they were.
Researchers explain how they struggled with the problems and solved the
inconveniences.
Researchers give a brief explanation of the solving-problem action they conducted to
overcome all types of inconveniences.
3.2.2
3.4 PLANNING PHASE
 In here, researchers explain where they went to gather solid information and
source references to enhance the Theoretical Framework – Chapter II.

 They mention the collection techniques used in the research project as well as
the tools used to gather the data.
3.3
3.4.1 LITERATURE REVIEW
Researchers start with an introduction based on the information gathered in Chapter
II.
Researchers set a summary of the most relevant information in different paragraphs.
Here researchers must have based all information correct citations and bibliography.
3.4.2 OPERAZIONALITION OF VARIABLES
It is used to express how this section is of importance since this section is done with the
purpose of discarding (eliminating) information that is not relevant in the Project.

This variables are reliable and vital due to the core indicators in the
operazionalization table.
3.4.3 DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENTS
Researchers express which were the instruments and how they were implemented in
this research project.

They provide a description of the tools to gather the necessary information in the
development of this investigation.
3.4.4 VALIDATION OF DATA COLLECTION
INSTRUMENTS
In this section, researchers guarantee that each item – tool is well focused, clear, and
understandable after each tool was checked by …

These people check consiceness, clarity, and effectiveness of the tools. Researchers
take into consideration all suggestions given by the experts.
3.4.5 VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY
Validity and reliability are important concepts in research. The everyday use of these
terms provides a sense of what they mean (for example, your opinion is valid; your
friends are reliable). In research, however, their use is more complex.

Validity refers to the credibility or believability of the research.

Reliability refers to the repeatability of findings.
3.4.6 ETHICAL ASPECTS
In here, the project focuses on explaining “a norm” which expresses to protect
people’s integrity during the process of catching the information. This norm’s name is
Non-maleficence norm.

Researchers also explain that they respected confidentiality and privacy about the
information gathered. They also express that participants’ identities will be
anonymous.
3.5 EXECUTION PHASE
In here, researchers start with a mini-
introduction of the procedures to gather the
information and interpretation of it.
3.5.1 DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURES
Researchers express they designed tools to collect reliable and valuable information
from the participants.
They also mention the tasks they were assigned during the collection process of data.
Researchers express dates of the gathering of data and to whom they were
addressed.
3.5.2 DATA PROCESSING
Researchers express what application or program they used to organize the
information gathered and how they generated tables, graphs, or others to
analyze the results.
3.5.3 DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
Researchers express they classified, organized, and analyzed data from the
tools administered to the population.
3.6 TIMETABLE
3.7 BUDGET
