Note:

1. Only examinees are allowed to enter the testing venue.


2. Be at the vicinity of the testing venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
3. Upon entering the gate of the testing venue, you have to present your Vaccination Card.
4. Report to the testing venue and present your exam permit with your ID or Certification from your respective Principal stating
that you are currently enrolled as a Grade 12 student.
5. Wear a face mask, and observe physical distancing at all times. Entry will be denied for those who do not comply with these.
6. Bring your own pencil (#2) and snacks. You will not be allowed to go out of the testing venue once the test has started.
7. Calculators and cellphones are not allowed. These must be safely stored within your bags or handed over to the room
examiner or proctor for safekeeping.
8. Examinees who need to use the comfort room / toilet facilities while the exam is on-going must ask the permission of the
examiner or proctor. The examinee will be accompanied by either of them up to the entrance of the facility.
