AFFIDAVIT

I, LEJEDA F. JEBEL, Filipino, of legal age, female, married, and a resident


of Sitio Anao, Barangay Aranas, Balete, Aklan Philippines after having been duly
sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the houselper of the family of JOHN MICHAEL S. RECTO


from 2017 to 2019.

2. That John Michael S. Recto together with his wife Jacquelyn C. Recto
and their two children were also living in the same household;

3. That during the period of my stay, I was in charge of all the household
chores including the laundry of Jacquelyn and her children;

4. That I likewise help in taking care of the children as Jacquelyn would


sometimes go somewhere with her friends or on a vacation leaving her
husband alone with their two children;

5. That Jacquelyn did not have many tasks in the house as she would spend
almost all of her time in their room and would go out only when called
out for a meal;

6. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing


facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN TRUTH WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my signature this 6 th day of
