Title: Application of Cooperative Model to Students at SMA 10 Gowa Class X Science 1 in Improving
Students' Speaking Skills

Project Overview:

In this Cooperative Learning learning model, we use the Jigsaw teaching method. The jigsaw method is a
cooperative learning technique in which it is the student, not the teacher, who has greater responsibility in
carrying out the learning. First, the teacher gives a topic to be taught, then the students are divided into small
groups and given different tasks in that one group. Then, students join other students in different groups with
the same task. After finishing the discussion, each student will return to their original group to share the results
with their group and conclude the results of the discussion from the other group, and then present them. At the
end of the lesson, the teacher provides an evaluation in the form of individual questions regarding the topics that
have been discussed.
