This document provides credits for the creation of a Naruto roleplaying game, thanks various playtesters for their contributions, and outlines updates and changes being made to classes, abilities, feats, and other game systems based on playtesting feedback. UPDATE FOCUS
The primary focus of this update are listed as follows;
• Bringing over the Taijutsu Specialist/Weapon Specialist
from the November Test document with their final
changes.
• Bringing over all clans and clan feats from the test
document with minor changes.
• Bringing over Class Archetypes and replacing
multiclassing as a core system.
• Bringing over Clone Changes and clone feats.
• Bringing over Bloodline Latent changes with minor
tweaks.
• Bringing over Skill Actions.
• Updating all classes to have 3 saves.
• Sweeping changes to all jutsu, feats and features that
affect saving throws in any ways.
• Updated ruling that saving throws (except death saves)
gain half proficiency, rounded down.
• Ability Checks and Skill check divorce.
o Ability checks moving forward will be a D20 +
Ability modifier.
o Skill checks will be codified as a d20+skill bonus.
o Jutsu, Features and feats that would grant bonuses
to ability checks are all almost universally changes
to skill checks with some very select and specific
changes on the value of bonuses applied, if any.
• Standard Array/Point Buy changes.
o Standard Array changed to 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10.
o Point buy changes to 30 points, up from 27.
▪ Max cap remains 15.
▪ Min floor remains 8.

THINGS THAT DID NOT MAKE IT


• Jutsu Customization System: I was unable to come up
with a good enough system based on the creation system
I developed. I will figure this out or hand it off to the
Kage Summit to come up with a system to implement.
