BSIBV-ITP-09-1 For Liquid Epoxy Coating On Fittings Rev. 0

This document provides an inspection and test plan for applying a liquid epoxy coating to the external surfaces of bend pipes. It outlines 10 key activities that will be inspected or tested including: verifying the coating material meets specifications, inspecting raw materials for non-conformances, conducting visual inspections of the pipes for damage or contamination prior to blasting, testing climatic conditions and compressed air supplies, and maintaining quality records of the inspections and tests. The inspections will be conducted by Bredero Shaw personnel and witnessed by representatives from TechnipFMC to ensure the coating process meets the project and customer requirements.
