1. Warm up & stretch

SET 3 - HEAD, SHOULDERS, RIB CAGE

 Both shoulders [1x4] + hands to the side [1x4]
 Rib cage single [1x8]
 Rib cage langsung [1x8]
 Rib cage one and double [1x8]
 Hands go up [1x4] + down to flatback [1x4]
 Plie and back [1x4] + down and release [1x4] + roll up

Notes :
 When rolling down on fourth position, hands trace down the front leg
 When holding and plie, hands are fists on the ground and bent in a diamond shape
 In SET 2 hands on first are palms facing your chest and the plie is a press
 In SET 2 when going to second make sure it goes through a fondu, so pointe first before dropping the feet
 in SET 3 when switching / pick up legs, it doesn’t need to be high but it’s still a jump
2. Kick combination

Breakdown :
SET 1 - 45° AND 90°
 (first) prep (right foot to the back on demi point and hands to the side) at [5678]
 Kick (right leg) at 45° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Kick (left leg) at 45° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Kick (right leg) at 90° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Kick (left leg) at 90° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Close in parallel + run back (turn left)

SET 2 - OVER 90°

 (first) prep (right foot to the back on demi point and hands to the side) at [5678]
 Kick (right leg) over 90° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Kick (left leg) over 90° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Kick (right leg) over 90° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Kick (left leg) over 90° + drop
 2 steps [1x4]
 Close in parallel

NOTES

 When kicking, sustain it before dropping


 For SET 2, kick the highest so you can Drop further
 When stepping, make sure it goes through a pointe and keep it bent in a plie
 Control the legs make sure the kicking angles are correct
 Kick to the side, not diagonal front

3. Pirouettes

SET 1 - DOUBLES
 (parallel) Hold [2x8]
 (group 1) double to the right [1x8]
 Hold [1x8]
 (group 1) double to the left [1x8]
 Hold [1x8]

SET 2 - TRIPLES

 Hold [1x8]
 Triple (choose best side) [1x8]
 Hold [3x8]
 Triple (choose best side) [1x8]

NOTES

 Remember all the aspects of the pirouettes :


 In SET 1, when you land it’s a straight land, don’t bend it to a plie
 In SET 2, after the triple land with your feet on second and then drag it together back to parallel.
