Project Overview:
The project involves the supply and installation of exhaust systems for a Cummins diesel engine and a
High Fuel Oil (HFO) MAK genset. This includes the provision of two mufflers for the Cummins engine and a
cyclone for soot removal on the HFO MAK genset.

Accomplishments:

1. Supply Procurement:
Successfully procured all required materials, including two mufflers for the Cummins diesel engine and a
cyclone for soot removal on the HFO MAK genset, in line with project specifications.

2. Cummins Diesel Engine Exhaust System:


Completed installation of two mufflers for the Cummins diesel engine, ensuring proper alignment and
secure mounting to mitigate noise and emissions, in addition to exhaust pipes insulation and coating.

Upcoming Tasks:

1. HFO MAK Genset Exhaust System:


Cyclone for soot removal is currently being manufactured, we expect to receive it on site in 1 week. Once
the cyclone is received our team is ready to install it in up to two working days.

Typical cyclone to be installed at La Reine plant.

2. Testing and Commissioning


Our team will conduct rigorous testing procedures to verify the functionality and performance of the
exhaust systems, including pressure testing and emissions monitoring.

Conclusion:

The supply and installation of genset exhaust systems, including mufflers for the Cummins diesel engine
and a cyclone for soot removal on the HFO MAK genset is ongoing within the specified timeline and
