be able to optimise their conditioning sessions
making it as scientifically rigorous as possible.
You will notice that each sheet has an explanation
of how to use it, and which cells to edit. To avoid

Calculate ASR for a single athlete
Step One - Calculate your ASR

N.B. ASR intervals are high intensity, and so should be used to calculate intervals above
100% MAS, and no longer than 2 minutes.
