Dear Bria Homes, Inc.,

I, Melchor Abueva Daugdaug, writing this letter to request a mortgage assumption


packet for the property located at Bria Homes, Lumbia. The account number for this mortgage
is 007-0014. Due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I am unable to continue making
payments for the unit in the Bria Homes community.
As much as I have appreciated the living environment provided by Bria Homes, Inc., I
find myself in a situation where I must reassess my financial commitments. With three college
students to support, I must prioritize their education and well-being, which unfortunately means
relinquishing our residency in the subdivision.
I want to express my gratitude for the accommodations and services provided by Bria
Homes, Inc. during our time as residents. It has been a pleasure being part of the community,
and I sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by this decision.
Please consider this letter as formal notice of our intention to stop payments and assume
no further financial responsibility for the unit in the Bria Homes community. I will ensure that
all outstanding dues are settled in accordance with our agreement.
I am available to discuss any necessary steps or arrangements to facilitate a smooth
transition. Your understanding and cooperation during this time are greatly appreciated.
