WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act 7160 also known as the Local Government Code of

the Sangguniang Barangay is authorized to appropriate and realigned other
expenses / emergency expenses from General Fund.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Anahaw-2 wants to realized the amount of One
Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php. 102,500.00) from

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. LT-05 SERIES OF 2023
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SUM OF
ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php. 102,500.00) ONLY.
Be it obtained by the 2nd Regular Session of the Sangguning Barangay of Anahaw-2,
Silang Cavite in session assemble.
SECTION I. PURPOSE. To augment the funding the Year-End Bonus of Barangay Other
Personnel Services, Daycare Services, Health and Nutrition
Services, Peace and Order Services, Agricultural Services,
Katarungang Pambarangay Services, Security Services, General and
Other General Services.
SECTION II. SOURCE AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
A. Source of Funds:
a) Savings from:
i. Personal Services
B. Appropriations Year-End Bonus Php. 102,500.00
SECTION III. EFFECTIVITY. The Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
