GEOMORPHOLOGY REVIEW
The IUP OP of KMR & MMP composed of weak to moderately undulating hills geomorphological unit. The
slope on ranging 5% to 20% with ranging elevation 280 to 830 meter from sea level which is controlled
by young streams to adults with dendritic flow patterns. This geomorphological unit consist of resistant
rock / ultramafic rocks unit, which has possibility as forming nickel deposits .
LAND USED & SITUATION
IUP OP PT. KMR
HP APL
Udulating hills geomorphological unit at IUP OP of PT. KMR on relatively west to east ridges direction. Land used as
Production Forest and APL (civilian garden of pepper and clove).

Undulating hills geomorphological unit at IUP OP of PT. MMP on relatively northwest to southeast ridges direction .
Land used as Production Forest and APL (civilian garden of pepper and clove).
GEOLOGY REGIONAL
The IUP OP KMR & MMP based on regional geology map of Bungku sheet, Sulawesi, consist of 2 (two)
rocks formation, that are :
1. Kompleks Ultramafik (Ku)/Ultramafic Complex rocks with Harzburgit, lherzolit, wehrlit, websterit,
serpentinit, dunit, diabas and gabro, which are has possibility as forming nickel deposits with almost
90% covering area.
2. Formation Matano (Kml): as sediment clastic which composed of clastical sandstone & limestone.

Laterite
distribution
Based on laterite distribution in IUP OP of KMR, obtained potential area approx. 350 Ha, which is
confirmatory by saprolite outcrop.
HAULING ACCESS
Hauling access used existing road (ex-logging activity) on approx. Distance 15,57 km to the Jetty MMP.
The existing road composed by km road on 5 to 7 meter width, concreted by split rocks and
km road on 3 meter width un-concreted yed (access to the civiliant plantation)
HAULING ACCESS _
Crossing
Bridge province road
installation
Hauling access on existing road along 10.25km with 5 to 7 meter width and has concreted. This road access
required widening up to 15 meter width, installation of one bridge and several culverts (3 till 5 culverts).
HAULING ACCESS _
Hauling access on existing road along 5.57km with 3to 5 meter width and un-concreted yet. This road access
required widening up to 10 meter width, installation of one bridge and several culverts (3 culverts).

EFO 1
EFO
JETTY
Jetty plan belongs to PT. MMP with EFO stock yard on capacity approx. 25.000WMT of ore. Jetty required
ground pilling and dolphin & tower support pilling and EFO stock yard widening to increased ore capacity
storage.
NICKEL LOGISTIC
Indoferro Bantaeng
Nickel logistic access preferred to Bantaeng Smelter-South Sulawesi on approx. Distance
254,2 Nmiles and Ciwandan-Indoferro-Cilegon-West Java on approx. Distance 1.276 Nmiles,
whih is access from Jetty MMP.
RECOMENDATION
1. Validating all legal aspects of the IUP OP PT. Kolaka Mineral resources & PT. Mulia Makmur Perkasa,
on the regulations of the Ministry of ESDM and Environment & Forestry
2. Validating TERMINAL KHUSUS permit of PT. MMP from Ministry of Transportation
3. Validating all exploration data base (topographic data, drill holes data & sample analysis)
4. Social issues that are currently developing related to activities in IUP OP PT. Kolaka Mineral resources
(land acquisition, local employment absorption).
5. Conducted due diligent as the basis mineable reserves verification (topographic mapping, geology
mapping details, test pit and drilling confirmatory).
6. Resources estimation based on prospecting block 350 Ha in the assumption 350x10.000x1m = 3,5
million m3 similar to 4,9 million WMT (saprolite thickness 1 m & density 1,4).
7. Nickel product on ranging 1,7% up to >1,9%, with Fe >35% and Si/Mg >2% (acceptable for all
smelter which has resources High Grade nickel)
8. Exploration drilling and development should be conducted in order to obtain a high level of confidence
in the calculation of mineable reserves and long-term mining design.
9. Capex_2 required approx. USD 4,9 million, according to preliminary general development,
construction mining, haul road and port of this IUP OP.
10. Nickel logistic access preferred to Bantaeng Smelter on 254,2 nmiles (Bantaeng Smelter received Ni-
>1,6% product & Si/Mg > 2,5) and Ciwandan-Indoferro-Cilegon with approx.distance 1.276 nmiles,
from Jetty MMP.
