LEARNING EXPECTATIONS

1. During our entire duty rotation, the most meaningful aspect I encountered was the rotation
itself. I found the entire experience pleasant and peaceful, so much so that I genuinely looked
forward to each shift.

2. From this experience, I learned that enjoying the whole routine of nursing duty is really
important. Instead of just focusing on specific tasks, finding happiness in the overall experience
matters. It shows that the atmosphere and feeling of peace during the shifts were key to
making the job enjoyable.
Moreover, looking forward to each shift suggests a deeper connection to nursing beyond just
doing the work. It means appreciating the caring aspect, building relationships with patients
and colleagues, and feeling part of a supportive team. Lastly, it shows how having a positive
work environment matters. If someone genuinely looks forward to work, it suggests that the
workplace culture and teamwork are good, which is important for both nurses and patients.

3. These experiences had a big impact on me as a person. Feeling fulfilled and satisfied in my
work boosted my overall happiness and well-being. It strengthened my connection to my
profession and motivated me to keep providing excellent care to patients.Moreover, enjoying
the work environment and feeling supported by colleagues enhanced my sense of belonging
and job satisfaction. It also improved my mental health and resilience, as a positive workplace
culture helped me cope with stress and challenges more effectively. Overall, these experiences
contributed to my personal growth, happiness, and fulfillment both in my career as a nurse and
in my life outside of work.
