OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANGA KABATAAN


Minutes of the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan of
Barangay Bulak, Dumanjug, Cebu held on the 11th day of February 2024 at
Bulak Barangay Session Hall, Dumanjug, Cebu.

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at exactly 10:00 in the
morning.
II. OPENING PRAYER
The opening prayer was led by SK member Rolando Maravillas Jr.
III. SINGING OF HYMS
The singing of hymns was conducted by a multi-media.
IV. ROLL CALL
The presiding officer roll called the SK Members. After the roll called all
are present so the presiding officer declared quorum.

V. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING


Angelica Arcala read the minutes from the previous meeting. There is no
comment from the last meeting, so the minutes were approved.
VI. PREVILEGE TIME
The PO expressed his/her thanks to the Members for coming/attending
the meeting for a short period of time.

B. BUSINESS FOR THE DAY
B.1. CBYDP & ABYIP
Discussion of the information to be tackled about the finalization of CBYDP
& ABYIP report.

XI. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kagawad Avelino Fat Jr. moved to adjourn the meeting. It was duly
seconded by SK Kagawad Reah Arnaiz.

XII. CLOSING PRAYER


The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Kim Teves.

THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT EXACTLY 12:05 PM.
