NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION OF MICROCHANNEL HEAT SINK WITH NOVEL CROSS-SECTIONS
A novel design was proposed and numerically investigated using CFD techniques (ANSYS). The results show that the
proposed design increases the thermal-hydraulic characteristics of the microchannel heat sink.
