Basic Architectural Project
Description Of Problem

The neighbor’s children were playing cricket when a ball hit a window and broke it.
The window is facing in the direction of the wind, so rainwater gets into the house
through the hole in the window and causes damage to pricey furniture and
ornaments.

Possible Solutions

Solution 1:

Remove the entire window and replace it entirely with another one.

This solution would require the homeowners to obtain a new window, chisel out the
existing window from the concrete, cement to install the new window and workers
have to be hired for the job.

Solution 2:

Remove the single broken window pane and replace it.

This solution would require the home owners to obtain the correct type of glass, a
glass cutter to cut the right size of glass, silicon glue and workers would not need to be
hired as it very simple for one person to complete this operation.
