CONDITIONS
This has reference to the discussion we had regarding the Labour contract of 200kWp rooftop
solar plant. For clarity on the scope of work, we are defining the details of the installation works
covered in the offer and also details of works which are not covered but will need to be addressed to
complete the electrical requirements of the project.

The accessories of basic technician tools, safety equipment’s, machineries and Group insurance will be
extra cost or it’s to be supplied by client. If any rework is done it will be additional cost.
Labour Accommodations, Transport and food to be provided by client or it will extra cost.
Water and Electricity to be provided by client.
B ) Payment Terms
100% payment should be released within 4 days against receipt of the certified RA bill. Bill To be
raised every week
5% labor mobilization advance along with Purchase order
Commercial Taxes, Duties and other charges
Our Rates are exclusive of applicable GST.
Tender Validity and Acceptance Period
The priced bid submitted along with commercial terms and conditions is valid for 30 days from the date
of submission.
Commencement of work/Period of Completion
In the event of order maturity, we shall mobilize the required menpower within 2days of issue of LOI.
We estimate our actual site work to be completed as per target time from date of receipt of required
technical approvals. Please note that the time schedule is only tentative and without linkages to site
readiness or other constraints due to other service providers with whom we have to necessarily
coordinate.
C ) Exclusions : -
key persons like ( Site safety officer, Licensed Rigger )
Site clearance, Approvals, Permits & Materials arrangement by Client.
Commissioning of equipment is not our scope.

d) Basis of offer:
Food, Transport for local site and Accommodation is in the Client scope.
Local Medical Insurance arranged by Client Scope.
Solar Specialize tools & meters, Electrical testing Tools to be arranged by Client.
10hrs per day ( including lunch break1hr)
Any extended time from above mentioned point shall we consider as OT as below charges.
The time sheet will be followed everyday and billing shall be calculated and submitted by weekly
basis.
Any non availability of work front or ideal time during the 2working days shall
be consider us full complete working day ( without any deduction )
