Associate Software Engineer

Overview
The software developer will be responsible for development, testing and other activities of the software lifecycle.

Essential Functions
1. Develop the C, C++, C# code using designated product technology architecture and frame works.

2. Support testing and other activities of the software lifecycle.

3. Work with US teams from India.

4. Interact with project managers and other software engineers to ensure technical integrity and successful
delivery of projects.
5. Support the entire project lifecycle

6. Develop and maintain technical competencies as defined by departmental management.


7. Participate with the Product Management Team in the training, product briefs, and deployment of new
installations both internally and externally.
8. Provide status updates and timelines/road map.
9. Ability to travel up to 25% by car and/or plane may include weekend travel. Ability to travel internationally is
required. Current valid driver’s license required.
10. Develop and maintain technical competencies as defined by departmental management.
11. Provide services in a professional manner, adhering to all CHR Solutions standards as identified in the
Employee Handbook, the performance evaluation system, and other company and departmental programs and
policies.
12. Identify, meet and/or exceed client expectations within defined parameters related to delivery of services,
quality, revenue, and sales goals.
13. It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as
determined by management, and based on the needs of the business.
14. Develop and maintain technical competencies as defined by departmental management.
Education and Experience Requirements
Education
 Associate or Bachelor degree in related field preferred.

Experience

 Preferred Technical Skills: C, C#, C++, SQL Server and Scripting skills, Vb.net and ASP.NET with a
good development background.
 Understanding of software development lifecycle.
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal - will be working on a geographically diverse team.
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
