Tech Tool Installation Assistant

Extract all files to desktop and run and accept olvoIt.Installer.Bundle.Cookies for
pre-installation register flags.

Run the Installer Assistant and it will save the HWID to the clipboard for the license file. The
program required to make the license is included in the "Fractures for Installer Assistant". press
ctrl+v , will copy the hwid to there.
Send the created file named "ConfigureIAOptionalComponents.dll" near to "Installer
Assistant".exe and run "Installer Assistant".

Click the "Run Installation Bundle" button to start the Tech Tool installation and wait.

client id , user id , password all is 123456 , click login , next button


When the installation is complete "CodeMeter Licence Error" will appear on the screen, confirm
and go to the next step. restart computer later
Use client update, update to 2.8.150 , donot update to 2.8.160 (usually will meet error)

it will take some time, please wait patiently, after finish update to 2.8.150 , Open Installer
Assistant and press "Core Service Controller" button to install services.
Wait for the installation to complete and when the installation is finished open the Tech Tool.
then exit the tech tool.

To install License Editor and other plugins, run "Third-Party Services"


it will ask for you restart , then restart,

after restart click "Third-Party Services" again and run "Activation Path Plugin" after
installation.
After the necessary plugins are installed, open the folder named "Database " and run the
"Database Archive Guide" plugin. After the database change is complete, proceed to the licensing
step.

Extrac the APCI+2022.11.RAR

Enable to see the unhide file ，copy DtR and OtD folder from
“APCI..” to“C:\ProgramData\Tech Tool\Waf”
，replace them
all。
Licensing
Open CMD as administrator and execute these commands:
Open cmd, enter cd C:\LicenseEditor,Click enter,then enter run,the activator will
open.
> cd c:/
> cd licenseeditor
> run

In the license window that opens, select the User Type as Developer, click the "Create DB with
new key" and then the "Patch Login" buttons.
(1)choose main business area:OEM (2)Choose User type:Developer
(3)Click Create DB with new key (4)Click Patch Login
Close the License Editor plugin and "Product History Activator" will open and you activate it by
selecting User ID.

Installation is complete. You can log in without entering a password and username by
opening Tech Tool.
