revenue of Chhara & Bupania sites has reduced drastically for last six months. This is causing
revenue loss to BSNL & dissatisfaction to our customers. Port out cases have also increased in
those areas. So it is requested that please try to make BTS availability better that will in turn

posted at Commercial section Bahadurgarh misbehaved & manhandled with Sh Gopal (JTO
CMTS-Comm) in the exchange compound. Then I called upon both the officials to DE(P) office
in front of DE(Phones) Bahadurgarh. There also he passed on lewd & caste based remarks
remarks to Sh Gopal JTO & to Sh Vijender Singh TTA also in front of everyone present there.
Upon enquiring it was also found that Sh Malik is under the influence of liquor.
Under these circumstances, it is requested that Sh Malik is not required at all in the
commercial section. Firstly he should be removed from capacity of commercial section
Bahadurgarh without any substitute & a strong disciplinary action should be initiated against the
official.

With reference to above cited subject, I wish to elaborate some points regarding Nai Basti BTS site at
Bahadurgarh.
1. Nai Basti site is rooftop site & ericsson 2G & 3G BTS’s are installed at this site.
2. We received complaints from landlord that there are cracks in the building .
3. After receiving complaints from the landlord, a team consisting of DGM(CFA), DE(Trans), JTO(Civil)
visited the site & found the cracks in the building.
4. Now landlord does not allow us to run the generator in case of power failure which leads to high downtime
of site.
5. We have written to NP section Ambala & our planning section also that this site may be shifted to some
other nearest site at the earliest.
6. A suitable site owned by IP M/s Vyom is also being referred to.

In view of above facts I wish to request you that downtime of this site may not be counted in daily downtime
report as the cause is beyond our control.
This is for your kind information & necessary action at your end please.

21/11/2012. It was noticed that coverage in some part of residential complexes is not up to mark & this issue can be
solved by installing one more BTS site in plant area. And a suitable site was chosen in block B11, from there we can
cover all part of residential complexes of APCPL.
Hence you are requested to provide us space on roof top of B11 block with 3 phase AC supply & with all
necessary permissions so that we can start the work of installing BTS at the location. This BTS will give services to
both 2G & 3G customers. We will be installing pole mounted antennas & a space of 20*20 sq feet will be sufficient.

2. Ericsson Engr. Mr Kuldeep visited on 25/09/2012 & declared that flash card is faulty.
3. Flash card was arranged by BSNL & Mr Kuldeep again visited on 12/11/2012. But even after replacing flash
card site was still down & he declared that backplane is faulty. Ericsson falsely closed the docket that
issue is resolved.
4. Hence docket was again raised to Ericsson vide docket No: HAR0000124491 dated 14/11/2012
5. After this no one visited the site & backplane not arranged by M/s Ericsson even after repeated calls to
Mr. Prikshit.

Kasar village for shifting of RSU. New combo site is also proposed in phase-VII in kasar village & this site
has already been handed over for tower erection as new site. But a huge gap of 5 kms will be created after
shifting of UBG003 site to Kasar village. Hence a IP site may be hired near to old location of UBG003 to
fill this gap. Existing nominals of Somany BTS site are: 28.711944°, 76.890011°.

3. We are pursuing for 3G coverage for last 4 years at PDM college Bahadurgarh. But it is still not added in
latest proposal of BTS sites. Hence you are requested to please add 3G site on 2G site of Sarai Aurangabad
Bahadurgarh (AUR001).

4. In phase V.2, 2G BTS site was proposed at Vill-Rohad Bahadurgarh & BTS was also installed at Infratel IP
site. But due to theft of BTS this site could not be made ON-AIR in that project. As feeder cable, minilink
etc. are installed at site & only a BTS is required to make site ON-AIR. Hence new 2G BTS may be given
at this site. Population of village is more than 8000.

5. Similarly Birdhana at Jhajjar was also installed at Infratel IP site. It could not be made ON-AIR due to
feeder cable damage. Minilink is installed at the site. Population of this village is around 7000. This village
falls on Chhara-Jhajjar road 10 kms. Hence 2G BTS with feeder may be given at this site. Nominals of
village are 28.66488, 76.6604

6. At Bhambewa village, land was taken on rent & leased deed was also executed with the landlord in 2010.
But this site is not included in this phase. Hence 2G BTS may be proposed at this site in this phase & may
be handed over for further work.

Sir,

In reference to above subject, the designated committee visited Bupania BTS site on 2/2/13
& following observation was made during the visit.

1. Power plant is of capacity 25 Amp *10 Delta make.

2. All modules of Power plant, Both LVD’s & main contactor are faulty.
3. Site is working temporarily on 75 Amp module installed separately.
4. Two sets of 400 AH battery sets HBL make installed. One set is bypassed & backup is of
around three hour.
5. Earth resistance is 0.48ohms.
6. All cards of old BTS burnt & another BTS from Birdhana has been installed at site &
working ok.
7. Cleanliness at site is not proper.
8. Visitor register not available & new register was provided on same day.
9. DG set is of 15KVA & working OK.
10. Aviation light not working.
11. Surge suppressor burnt.
12. Transmission equipment is very dusty & not installed properly. E1’s are temporarily
wired & tag block not in good condition.
