APPOINTMENT LETTER

Dear Mr. Hritik Agarwal,

With reference to your applicatio11 &. interview/s, we are pleased tQ offer you an appointment
with Curlyfe Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. as Business Development Executive (Trainee) In our sales
Department at our corporate office in New Delhi.

The terms and conditions of your appointment are effective 05/01/2023 which as per our record Is
your date of joining. You will Initially report to Business Development Manager of the company
and your reporting is subject to change at the discretion of management.

Your employment with Curlyfe Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. ("Company" or "Curlyfe" ) will be governed by below
mentioned Terms and Conditions, Company’s policies, as modified, from time to time at Company's sole

discretion, upon notice to you. The terms and conditions contained herein ("Terms of Employment")
must be read In conjunction with Company's policies.Any policy Infraction will amount to breach of
your terms of employment and may lead to termination of your services .

EMOLUMENTS & TAXES

Your total In hand Salary Is INR.21901·(Twenty One Thousand Nine Hundred one only), for a
detailed breakup please refer below:

You shall be solely responsible for paying any taxes, direct or Indirect, state or local, whether
payable In India or elsewhere which may result from remuneration payable to you. Any payment
made to you shall be subject to stillborn deductions Including tax deduction at source under the
Income-tax Act.1961.

Please find attached the Annexure B for allowance structure.

INITIAL POSTING AND TRANSFER

Your Initial place of posting shall be at New Delhi, Corporate office of the company and working
hours being 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM. (Monday to Saturday) except prescribed holiday But your
services are posted at Moradabad HQ.

However, at the discretion of management, you may be transferred/deputed to any other location
anywhere In India and/or from one department to another or from one establishment to another
and/or
