Client’s Requirement:
Client wants to expand his factory later on in future. So the current
external wall can be used as an Internal wall.
Solution we provided:
We designed the wall currently as External wall of 1750 Sq. Mtr. and
upto height of 14 mtrs. considering the Wind Pressure of 110Kg per
Sq. Mtr. with external colour coated sheet cladding to perform in the
external atmosphere.In future, this sheet cladding can be removed
and wall will be ready as Finished Internal wall, in case of expansion.

Client wanted a light weight filling material to fill above the basement slab as it was

We supplied 20 Kg/m3 density Geofoam which had a compression strength of 4400
kg/m3
