Manufactured with 3/8” wall tube steel, the APEX3R CNC Router
frame is a robust cutting platform, which provides a standard
6” gantry clearance capable of cutting 5” thick substrates with
minimal vibration and tight control during the cutting process.
HIGH RPM SPINDLE OPTIONS
Increase cutting capacity and quickness for either single pass cuts or
multiple pass cuts with an exceptionally smooth edge quality on a wide
range of materials and applications.
PRECISE CUT QUALITY
A high-precision gearbox and tightly tuned servo motor system on 25mm
linear rails with helical rack provides very low backlash for pristine cut
quality.

For applications requiring extra height clearance and/or larger tooling,
the Ram-Z option provides 24”, 36”, or 48” of extended clearance of
the cutting head to accommodate thicker material or application specific
cutting.
ROBUST GANTRY & FRAME
Dual linear Y-Axis rails along with strongly gusseted all steel risers provide
the rigidity and strength to counteract vibration from extended gantry
heights.
SAFETY BUMPERS
As an added safety precaution, the X-axis safety bumpers immediately
halt machine motion if encountered. The machine operation can
quickly and easily be resumed once the work area is safe and free of
obstructions.

SOFTWARE
Coreo is a robust operating platform that
eloquently takes the user from art design
all the way to finished job execution on
MultiCam’s line of machine tools. Coreo is
equipped with advanced features to minimize
DESIGN BUILD WORKS avoidable errors and speed up productivity.
CONNECT
Coreo’s simple interface enables you to automatically locate and communicate with
the MultiCam machines on your production floor. This establishes the connection to
the programs stored on your company server or computer. The selected cut file is then
transferred across the network to the MultiCam system for cutting.
DESIGN-E
Create jobs faster by designing your parts or make edits and repairs to existing files in a
vector environment that focuses on the specific features of your MultiCam system. Start
from scratch or import and export from the most common vector file formats.
BUILD
Build applies parameters and tool paths to print files, converting them to machine-ready
cut files. Manage multiple jobs, tools, and processes. Use standard software parameters
and industry terms to preview, execute, and control projects. Contextual display prevents
info overflow.
COMMAND
Command opens print files for execution on MultiCam systems, in doing so; it provides
support for job queue, bar-code smart shape library, job history, time estimation,
simulation, and unlimited material and process support. Users can conveniently adopt,
execute, and adjust parameters established up stream.
REPORT
Make informed assessments of machine performance thanks to reports summarizing job
and machine status, per job, or over multiple machines and multiple shifts.
