I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Regine Mae C. Vasquez called to order the second regular
session of the Sangguaniang Kabataan at 1:00 in the afternoon at the Barangay Sinayawan
Session Hall.
II. OPENING PRAYER
The opening prayer was led by SK Kagawad Melche Mae Demapiles.
III. ROLL CALL OF ATTENDEES
SK Secretary Joshua C. Fabrigar conducted the roll call. The above-
stated persons were present.
IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
First Sangguniang Kabataan Meeting, instatement of the SK Council as
well as the introduction of SK Secretary and Sk Treasurer.
V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
a. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
b. BUSINESS OF THE DAY
b.1. Discussion on the making of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan
(ABYIP) 2024.
VI. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE HEADS: NONE
VII. MATTERS ARISING
The presiding officer discussed the plans for the making of the Annual
Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) to the SK Council for the fiscal year 2024.
Also, thereby approved by all members of SK Council.

IX. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kagawad Hans Uriel Naldo moved to adjourn the meeting and duly
seconded by SK Kagawad Rovic Ian Delante.
X. CLOSING PRAYER
The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Joshua Balangiao.
