Cosmic Equipments (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001 2015 certified company belongs to R.K. group of companies. The group was found in the
year of 1980 Cosmic Equipments (India) Pvt. Ltd is manufacturer of vast array of Air Distribution and all types of Ducts products for HVAC systems
and Puf Insulated Panels and Composite Panels for Cold Storages, Pharma Industries and Chemical Industries. The Company is growing up with
the technical supports and the advices from well experienced, Topmost personalities in this HVAC field. Under their guidance the company
developed new products and maintaining high quality standard in our products and led the organization for numerous awards.

We have also acquired the ultimate test and certification for our products and ANSI-ASHRAE, UL standards which is no doubt a testimony for
the design and quality. Our Air Distribution products are tested and certified by ETL, Newyork, USA (Thomas Alva Edision testing laboratory, New
York, USA) as per ANSI-ASHRAE Standards, and our fire dampers are tested and certified for fire rating of 120 minutes by CBRI Roorkee.
(Central Building Research Institite, Government of India, Roorkee) as per UL-555 Standards.

The company has its own resource with state of the art integrated manufacturing facilities located Unit I (26300 sq.ft. constructed Area) and
Head Office at keelkattalai and Unit II (13500 sq.ft. Constructed Area) located at Tambaram for all range of Air Distribution and Airterminal
Products. Unit III (12000 sq.ft. Constructed Area) Located at Tambaram for Puf Insulated Panels, Cold Storages and Composite Puf Panels. Unit-
IV (12400 sq.ft. Constructed Area) for all types of Ducting with highly skilled work force, able engineers, highly experience technical managers and
technically sound directors with the using of advanced technologies and latest development machineries and latest own powder coating plants,
thus ensuring repid productin, acurancy and cost effectiveness in offering solutions. Cosmic remains one of the leading manufacturing company
in India for complete range of airterminal and air distribution products. Besides components for central air conditioning are also manufactured
under stringent quality control norms using only high quality aluminum extrusions and galavized steel materials procured from reputed
manufacturing companies.

APPLICATION :

Cosmic ducts are used for Air supply, Air return and Air exhaust in Heating, Ventilating, Air-Conditioning and Pollution control systems Well Designed our
own COSMIC software for Air duct systems which includes, Planning (layout), Sizing and detailing ensures acceptable indoor air quality as well as the air
comfort.

MOUNTING :

All types of ducts are mounted or suspended in the ceiling by means of proper supports of angle frames and threaded rods.

ADVANTAGES AND FACILITIES :

Cosmic has a colossal facility for optimal working and production space which adds in minimizing the time consumed in production process. Thus helping
to deliver materials in time.

The advantages of the factory fabricated ducts, Raw materials used are in coil form instead of sheet form. From the decoiler, feeding, straightening,
Beading , shearing Pittsburgh 'L' Shape folding in a single machine. Thus ensures the duct alignments, stiffening braces notches, bends and cuts the ducts are
proper and the sizes of the ducts are also exact in fabricated ducts.

We use world class sheet metal fabrications and profiling technology for achieving high technical standards of modern air distribution systems which
ensures to meet the parameters of IS655 and SMACNA standards. A few of them have been mentioned below.
AUTOMATIC DUCT LINE:

This is the advanced machine which has the capacity to fabricate the duct from coil stage, beading, notching for two pieces on wrap duct, cut off ,
Pittsburgh lock and bend sections.The central systems supplied with this manufacturing cell utilizes a programmable logic control (PLC) plat form for the
machine control and a personal computer (PC) platform for human machine interface(HMI).
PLASMA PROFILE CUTTER :

Excellent cut quality and precession on a wide variety of materials which provides the widest range of profiles for Elbows, tapers, offsets, branches and
other sections. It has FabricationCAMDUCT 2014 software including enhance fitting, cutting software and support optimizations programme as standard and
Hypertherm Powermax 45A Plasma Source.
TDF ROLL FORMER / TDF CLEAT MACHINE:

This machine produces TDF flange that is roll formed on the straight duct and fitting pieces. This system provides an air tightened connection using 4 bolt
TDF duct connection systems.
SPIRAL TUBE FORMER MACHINE:

Spiral Tube Former machine is with Siemens Simatic PLC and Siemens Touch Screen system with Encoder for measure the duct length. This machine
produces spiral tube former ducts as per the required sizes by using a right forming dies.
SEAM LOCKER MACHINE:
This machine is used to speed up and facilitate boxing of 'L' shape to hollow profile in factory.
HYDRULIC ELBOW MAKING MACHINE:

Hydrallic Elbow making machine to produce profiles of spiral and oval dcut like Elbows and all. This machine Hydraulic system with PLC operated
machine.

FLAT OVALIZER MACHINE:

This machine transforms smooth and corrugated round spiral ducts into flat oval ducts. Machine controls by PLC and the ovalizer is equipped with
superior hydraulic unit into ensure the required force.
