b. Basketball Elementary boys (3x3)
c. Basketball Secondary boys (3x3)
d. Baseball Secondary boys – 12 players

2. Deadline of Submission of Athletes Documents will be on February 23, 2024.

3. Color Coding of Folders:


a. District 1 – Orange
b. District 2 – Red
c. District 3 – Blue
d. District 4 – Green
e. SJC – yellow
f. CM – brown

a. Gallery of athletes with pictures
b. AR1
c. PSA/NSO Original
d. Form 137 signed by the school head with 2nd grading entry
e. Medical Certificate
