ITINERARY :

DAY 1: Arrival At Istanbul

Upon your arrival in Istanbul, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. (Check In after 3 pm)
Tonight, we will drive to Taksim Square for our dinner.
We will have our dinner and have walking tour in Taksim Square and Istiklal Street.
Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 2: Istanbul Old City

After breakfast you will have a full day guided tour of the Hagia Sophia Mosque - pride of the Byzantine
architecture. Next we go to Byzantine Hippodrome, where chariot races were held. Later we go to Blue
Mosque which is famous for its Blue Iznik tiles. Also we see the Topkapi Palace, former residence of
Ottoman Sultans. We also see the Grand Bazaar, Turkey's largest covered market with 4000 shops.

DAY 3: Transfer To Cappadocia

Check out and transfer to airport to take a flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia. (Check In after 3 pm)
The rest of the day is free time to explore at your leisure.
OPTIONAL : ATV Ride Safari.
Dinner will be done at a local restaurant or hotel.

DAY 4: Cappadocia Tour

OPTIONAL : You can book an early morning optional “Hot Air Balloon” tour to enjoy the magnificent
view of the valleys and the region. An Adventure not to be missed.
After breakfast we start the tour Start from Pigeon Valley (Imagination Valley), a region famous for its
unique landscapes, rock formations, and underground cities. Then, we will visit one of the underground
city. Proceed to Avanos a beautiful little town (a big village) which is famous for pottery making for
thousands of years.
Later pass to Red river (Kızılırmak). Visit the Gerome Open Air Museum which is in the heart of
Cappadocia. Open air museum Complex of churches cut into volcanic rock during the Middle Ages &
decorated with frescoes and famous for wall painting, dates back to 10th century describing the life of
Jesus Christ and monks.
The last stop will be Uchisar castle to explore its caves and tunnels and to enjoy panoramic views of the
surrounding Cappadocian landscape.

DAY 5: Cappadocia To Pamukkale

After breakfast, we depart for Pamukkale. Enroute, we will visit the city of Konya, which is the home of
the Whirling Dervishes, a religious order founded by the Sufi (Muslim sage), Mevlâna in the 13th
century.
We will visit Selimiye Mosque and Mevlana Museum.
Proceed to your hotel in Pamukkale and check in

DAY 6: Pamukkale & Hierapolis Ancient City

After breakfast, we visit Hierapolis - the ancient Greco-Roman city on top of hot springs.
You will see the large Necropolis, Great Baths, Frontinus Street, Theatre, Martyrion of St. Phillip.
(Please note the Hirepolis sights are on foot. It also offers Buggys at the entrance which can be hired by
paying extra directly).
Finally be amazed by Travertines, (the terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water) on
which you can enjoy a barefooted walk.
End of the tour, drive to our hotel in Antalya.

DAY 7: Antalya City Tour With Waterfalls And Boat Ride

Today after breakfast, we visit the famous Duden waterfalls - Antalya's unique natural wonder, located
on the Duden River.
Later pass to Kaleiçi; the old town where one can see Hadrianus Gate, the Clock Tower, Fluted Minaret,
and the ancient harbor. Enjoy the narrow streets of the old city.
Lastly, we take a boat trip, sailing on the Mediterranean sea. End of the tour, we drive to Antalya and

DAY 8: Transfer To Istanbul
Visit Spice Market And Enjoy Bosphorus Cruise
After breakfast, check out and transfer to airport & flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival we will first proceed
to Spice bazaar where one can shop for local spices.
Later we go for a cruise on Bosphorus where you will sail between Europe and Asia.
For your farewell dinner it will be done in Indian restaurant.

 Rates are based on and valid for MINIMUM GUARANTEE OF 30 FULL PAYING ADULTS
TRAVELLING TOGETHER AT ALL TIMES IF PASSENGER COUNT CHANGE THE TOUR PRICE IS
GOING TO CHANGE.
 Rates are for arrival and departure transfers and coach tours onwards in group vehicles with all
passengers arriving /departing together (in the same group flight). Airport transfer rates are not
valid in case passengers are arriving / departing on different flights other than group flights. Any
change in passenger numbers will result in change in rates

BASIS OF PRICE

 The price is inclusive and based on current taxes and levies in force. Any variance in the taxes
would be charged additionally accordingly.
 Tour itinerary will be as mentioned above. Any modification in the terms of itinerary is not
allowed.
 If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be incurred. Should
the group arrive during a trade fair / festival or high demand period, we reserve the right to
amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location.
 Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel /
restaurant used. Same will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
 If groups arrive from different hubs and separate transfers are required or in case of any
additional services required, then the applicable cost would be payable immediately
  Issuance of visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy / consulate. Consulate has
every right to call for additional supportive documents; any guarantee from the individual,
corporate, personal appearance or reject the visa.
 Accommodation and meals as per itinerary.
 No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized
 Cost is applicable for a minimum paying adults traveling together as mentioned above.
Supplement charges will be applicable in case of reduction or increase in the group strength

HOTELS

 Breakfast at the hotels will be provided in the main hall or the group room separately but it will
be totally the hotel’s discretion.
 Breakfasts taken before 07:00 hours & packed breakfast boxes may incur a supplement.
 Complimentary tea/Coffee makers in the rooms, air-conditioning, mini bar cannot be
guaranteed.
 All hotels provided will be 4 / 5 star rated and in conveniently located outskirts of the city.
 Any damages incurred in the hotel rooms will be payable by the passengers directly and
Exclusive Trips will not be responsible for the same
 Any extra services taken at the hotel the passengers will have to pay the same directly before
check out. Exclusive Trips will not be responsible for the same.

MEALS

 Standard duration for meals at restaurants will be 45 minutes to 1 hour. More time is subject to
discretion of restaurant and additional time may impact the coach duration.
 Standard course for meals at restaurants includes 02 veg dishes, 01 non-veg dish(chicken), 1
Daal, Rice or Pulao, Yoghurt or Raita, Roti / Naan, Salad, Papad, Pickle, 01 Sweet dish and tap
water.
 Few Days Dinner will be provided in local restaurants as mentioned in the itinerary
 Breakfast will be Continental as provided by the hotel
COACH

 The daily driving hours can go upto 8 – 11 hrs.

 The toilets in coach are not for the use of the passengers, although there will be comfort stops
at regular intervals.

Cancellation & Amendments

Cancellation charges will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. If a person is shifting from
one departure date to another, the same will be treated as cancellation from one tour to another and
the charges as mentioned will apply.
Refunds:

For any amendment or cancellation in the services, refunds, if any, due after adjustment of such
amendments/cancellations will be paid within 30 days from the date of amendment/cancellation.
Refunds on account of airline or train travel amendments/cancellation, after adjusting the
amendment/cancellation charges/fees will take a minimum 60 days to process, as this is the time frame
taken by them.

Terms & Conditions:

All business is conducted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. All clients doing business with
Exclusive Trips will be deemed to have read and accepted to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.

Complaints with Services:

If any group member going to the specified locations has any complaint in respect of services provided
by any of the independent contractors he / she / they shall immediately notify the same to Exclusive
Trips Tour Manager, to enable ET to take up the matter with the independent contractor. Verbal
intimation during the tour will ensure immediate corrective action. Written complaints will be accepted
within 3 days of return of Tour else all balance payments if any to Partners and Invoices will be raised
assuming full satisfaction

Travel Extension:

For last minute extension of stay on tours due to request or emergencies, all rooms and other services
booked through us will have to be paid only to us in cash in the respective foreign exchange. The same is
applicable to any delegate/attendee wanting to pay for their own stay. A valid invoice and cash receipt
can be issued against the same. If the booking is done in advance, then 100% payment will have to be
done by telegraphic transfer to our account or cheque/DD 01 week before the tour dates. Exclusive
Trips shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death,
breakdown, irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions,
strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by
passenger themselves. Exclusive Trips will not be liable for any overstay expenses due to delay or
changes in air or train schedule or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war,
quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.

Cancellation Policy:

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation/ venues for
tours/conferences/events are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our
suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
All cancellations of bookings must be given in writing and acknowledged by ET. A transfer from one tour
destination/event venue to another, prior to the date of the tour/conference/event will be treated as a
cancellation, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking on
another. Detailed tour wise cancellation given below.

Cancellation Policy :

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISA

In order for passengers to undertake international travels it is mandatory to hold valid passport with
minimum of 6 months validity from the date of return to India.

It is the passengers responsibility, to have the visa application made to the concerned Consulates /
Authorities However, for certain cases, the Client may have to attend personal interviews at their own
cost.

As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned
sovereign governments, Exclusive Trips shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such
documents nor liable for any delay or other related act/omission or for any loss, expenses, damage or
cost resulting from there.

Exclusive Trips would not be responsible in any way in case any clerical error regarding names,
attachment of wrong photographs, duration, and type of visa (Single/Multiple entry) occurs in the
consulate / embassy. Passengers shall be responsible to check the details, photos and the correctness
thereof. In the event the application for visa made by any Client or the Company on behalf of the Client
is rejected due to any other reason whatsoever, Exclusive Trips shall not be liable or responsible for the
same.

AIl passports are required to be mailed for visas to different cities, company would mail the passport by
reputed courier at an additional cost.

Consulates have every right to call for additional supportive documents; any guarantee from the
corporate, personal appearance or reject the visa. Exclusive Trips will not be held responsible for such
delays /rejection. If visa is rejected appropriate cancellation charges will be applicable.

It will be the responsibility of all the passengers to take care of their belongings at all times. Exclusive
Trips will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any of the said belongings at any time.
FINAL HANDOVER:

All the Vouchers and the final hand over will be done 2 days prior to the departure
