GENERAL RULES
• Colleges should register on or before 20th February 2024 along with the payment of registration fees of Rs. 3000.
• Participants are required to produce their valid ID cards issued by their college for the purpose of registration.
• No student will be considered as a participant if he/she fails to provide his/her valid ID card on the day of Event.
• Participants are strictly required to be on time for all competitions, any delays will result in Deduction of 300 points.
• Damages/Vulgarity/ obscenity in any form (language, body gesture or action) will lead to disqualification of the
College and legal action will be taken.
• The organizing team will not be responsible if any participant is in multiple events which are going on
simultaneously; there will be no negotiation and rescheduling of competitions.
• The organizers hold all the rights to modify/replace or cancel any event at any point of time and under such
circumstances. Participants shall be informed in advance.
• Decisions taken by the organizing committee and decisions taken by judges/referees for respective competitions will
be final and binding on all the teams.
• Any changes in place for each competition will be intimated on the day of the event.
• Total number of participants for the entire event should not exceed 80 per college.
• Entries will be restricted to the first 20 colleges only.

JOKER
• JOKER can be used once by each Team for Gold events only.
• The team leader should give in writing during registration if the team wishes to use the joker for a particular event.
• Use of a joker in an event will double the score of that particular event if the team wins the First Place. No points will
be awarded if the team secures any place other than the 1st position.
• If you fail to submit a joker, 1500 point are deducted from your total score.
• Protests, if any, against any team should be addressed to the members of the registration team in writing within 10
minutes after the performance of the team.
• In order to register protests, the team will have to pay a sum of Rs. 500/- which is refundable if the protest is justified.
• No protest will be entertained once the result of that event is declared.
