In partial fulfilment of our subject Practical Research II, we STEM 12 students namely;
Rjay A. Aguirre, Janna D. Bina, Joanna M. Casimero, Angel M. Del Mundo and Mark Daniel
Salmingo would like to formally request permission to conduct a study titled "Parental
Involvement and Academic Performance of Grade 11 and 12 ABM and STEM students in San
Jose Agricultural High School-Senior High School". This study aims to provide valuable insights
that can contribute to the improvement of educational strategies and support systems for all
students and also to explore the correlation between parental involvement and the academic
performance of students enrolled in the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) and
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) strands.

In connection with this, we would like to ask you, to allow us to conduct our research
study. Rest we assured that the data we will gather will remain absolutely confidential and to be
used in academic purposes only.
