INVITATION LETTER
Project 4395 – SILLENO EBD - KAZAKHSTAN

Tecnimont S.p.A. has been invited to prepare an Extended Basic Design (EBD) service by SILLENO LLP (hereinafter referred
to as the “Owner”).
The scope of the project is the realization of the “Polyethylene Units (PEU), Butene -1 Unit (LAO), utilities and
infrastructures offsites (U&IO)”, located in Karabatan, Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) .
Having Tecnimont S.p.A. received the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) duly signed by your Company, we are pleased to
send you this INVITATION TO BID according to the instructions provided hereto and to the Material Requisition n. MR-
NN-MR-016 CONTANINERIZED SUBSTATIONS, including all technical specifications, standards, data sheets and any
documents referred to therein.
Bid due date March 18th 2024
Currency The preferable bid currency shall be EUR (alternatively USD if quotation in EUR is not pursuable
for grounded reasons)
Bid validity 18 months. Please specify price escalation in case of order placement beyond price validity
Warranty 12 months from the date of Provisional Acceptance Test or 36 months from the actual date
of delivery of the last lot of goods, whichever comes earlier.
Spare Parts • Commissioning spare included in the main supply, priced separately
• Capital spares: quoted separately as “OPTION”
• Two-years spares: quoted separately as “OPTION”
Special Tools Supplier to provide the description and the price of the special tools (if deemed applicable by
the Vendor).
Field Services Supplier undertakes to promptly mobilize, upon request, qualified personnel to the plant site to
provide the Bidder with supervision and assistance during erection, commissioning, and test
run.
• Erection: to provide the daily rate and number of days proposed by Supplier

• commissioning: to provide the daily rate and number of days proposed by Supplier
Packing included seaworthy type
Delivery Terms FCA (vendor workshop)
FOB (port of export to be specified). The FOB (if applicable) delivery must be quoted as
“OPTION”.
Technical compliance the goods/services included in your supply shall be in full compliance with the technical
specifications, data sheets and any other documents included or referred to in this Bid Inquiry.
Exceptions and exclusions if any shall be clearly highlighted in the bid in a dedicated chapter.
Your bid shall also indicate/include the following:
• unit price for every individual item included in the MR
• the best achievable delivery schedule
• net dimensions/weight and shipping weight/volume (to be anticipated)
• place(s) of manufacturing and assembly of the supply (country of origin of goods)
• Optional price for training at site after installation.
