exchange glances, unsure of what to expect.
Mark: Good morning, everyone. I hope you're all doing well. I want to start by acknowledging
that this transition may be challenging for some of you. Emma was a remarkable leader, and I
understand how much she meant to this team.

today not just to take over but to seek your guidance and help. Together, we can navigate
through this transition smoothly.
Lisa: That's comforting to hear, Mark. We've been a great team under Emma's leadership, and it's
important for us to feel heard and valued.

don't hesitate to share your thoughts with me.

taken the time to understand our work, and your leadership has been remarkable.
Mark: Thank you, Chris. Building trust and collaboration is the key to our success. I believe in
our personal abilities and am grateful for your support.

conflicting priorities, and changes in school policies.

changer. You've helped us stay focused and motivated, even during difficult times.

shows we have overall satisfaction among the students here in our school.
