Katotohanan (CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS, The pillar and
Ground of the truth) A corporation organized and existing under the laws of
the Philippines, with address at 0483 Gaya-Gaya, City of San Jose Delmonte,
Bulacan, Represented herein by its Minister Administrator - MAXIMINO M.
NIETO, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”
- AND –
AGUSTIN T. NOLASCO , married to CECILLA E. NOLASCO, both of legal
age, Filipino AND ANTHONY E. NOLASCO, of legal age, Filipino, Single
residing at Gaya-Gaya, City of San Jose Delmonte, Bulacan hereinafter
referred to as the “BUYER”
A parcel of land thereon situated THE Barrio of GAYA-GAYA, MUN. OF
SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROV. OF BULACAN City, Philippines, containing an
area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY SIX (14656 SQM.)
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT/CCT) No. 040-2014014367 a certain
parcel of land in, MUN. OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROV. OF BULACAN City,
and more particularly described as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 040-2014014367
THAT for and in consideration of the sum of PESOS: ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY ( P120, 000.00) Philippine Currency,
receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged by and to the entire and complete
satisfaction of the VENDOR from the VENDEE, the VENDORS hereby SELL,
CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, by way of absolute sale, unto and in favor of
the VENDEE, AGUSTIN T. NOLASCO , married to CECILLA E. NOLASCO,
both of legal age, Filipino AND ANTHONY E. NOLASCO, of legal age, Filipino,
Single residing at Gaya-Gaya, City of San Jose Delmonte, Bulacan , the vendee
assigns and Sell, a portion equivalent to ONE HUNDRED (100) SQUARE
METERS MORE OF LESS out of the total area of the above-described parcel of
land;
That the SELLER/s hereby warrants his portion of title over the land
above described, with full right to dispose of the same, free from all
liens and encumbrances, and that henceforth, full right of ownership
and possession of the whole property shall pertain to the buyers.
