1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register
on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products
and Services, when you participate in activities on the App or otherwise when you
contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your
interactions with us and the App, the choices you make and the products and
features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names; phone numbers; email
addresses; job titles; usernames; passwords; CNIC; and other similar
information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and
accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information collected through our App
In Short: We collect information regarding your geo-location, mobile device, when
you use our App.
If you use our App, we also collect the following information:
Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track
location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while
you are using our App, to provide certain location- based services. If you wish to
change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features
from your mobile device, including your mobile device's storage, contacts, phone
calls, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you
may do so in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our
App, for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate
business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our
legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business
purposes described below. We process your personal information for these
purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or
perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal
obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each
purpose listed below.
We use the information we collect or receive:
To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your
account with us to a third- party account (such as your Google or Facebook
account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties
to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the
contract.
To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our App that may contain personal
information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name
and the content of the testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please

Request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to
contact you about your use of our App.
To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information in order

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to
provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal

be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that
hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to
defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your
information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information,
transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You
should only access the App within a secure environment.

marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example

use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications
include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your
privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored
and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and
implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently
respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically

communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online
tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that
practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY
RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights
regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law,
permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us,
once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal
information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and
the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal
information in the immediately preceding calendar

with the App, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you

will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the App, but please be aware
that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our
systems (e.g. backups, etc.).

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with
relevant laws.
