PMP Application Template Version 3.0 Excel file is meant to be used as a FIRST STEP towards PMP Examination Application.
Usage Instructions
1. Minimum of 4,500 hours of project management experience in 36 nonoverlapped months
for Graduates(gaps in experience and overlapping experience will not be counted).
2. Minimum of 7,500 hours of project management experience in 60 nonoverlapped months for
Diploma Holders(gaps in experience and overlapping experience will not be counted).
3. Project management experience dating back at least three years from application submittal date.
4. Project management experience not dating back further than eight years from the application submittal date.
5. Project management experience is required in each of the following process areas when all projects are totaled, but not on each project.
