1 General engineering procedure

The engineering tool ES 680 is a component of the TELEPERM XP process control system.
It supports the areas of project engineering, implementation, commissioning and also the
customer in operating of the plant.

4 Engineering with ES680

In this section, only the project stages that are processed using ES680 will be explained with
reference to the ES680 requirements and the relationships defined by ES680.

The ES680 engineering procedure is subdivided into several stages that can be processed in paral-
lel.
