This agreement is made and entered in the Australia Labor Law Services between Expatriates
Foreign workers and employees for Work purpose, Between (Sunnyville Construction Company), here
in referred to as the employer with the above Address, 32 Robina Drv,Avoca,QLD 4670,Australia.

Here agreed upon by the following Terms & Conditions, the employee has in good fate
and spirit agreed to Work for the Employer (Sunnyville
Construction Company) as
(ASSISTANT MANAGER) with good moral and attitude with a basic monthly salary of
$12,500AUD, Feedings, Accommodation, official Car with maintenance and Air-Tickets
are highly accepted by the employee.
Duties and Responsibilities: Your job profile remains the same as stated on your
résumé/cv which we have used as a basis of selecting you to work for us. The full
breakdown of your job duties and responsibilities will be made known to you on
resumption of duty. The management will conducting a seminar for all
foreign/international employees joining the services to enlighten them more about our
Company, their job profile, and to enable every Employees get to know each other.
CONTRACT PERIOD: The contract period shall be for duration of 5years and will be
renewed only if the employer is satisfied with employee service. This shall be in effect
from the day of he/she commence duty.

SICK LEAVE
Such notice shall be given within the first four (4) hours of the working day. In a case of emergency
situation, an employee will be flown to his home country or any country suitable for the best
medical attention.
TICKET AND VISA: Employer shall provide the employee flight ticket and
necessary documents needed to facilitate the approval of employee visa/ work
permit, while employee will be responsible for his/her visa/work permit Fee when
needed at High Commission of Australia, which will be refunded to employee as
soon as him/her resume duty with Sunnyville Construction Company Australia.
WORKING DAYS AND WORKING HOURS: Working days are from Monday to
Saturday, you are entitled for a day off per week. Working hours are from 8:00 am
to 12:00 pm -2:00 pm to 4:30pm.Overtime will also be paid to the employee that
work beyond the normal closing period due to the Authorization of the management if
the case may be needed.
ACCOMMODATION: A well-furnished safe and hygienic accommodation including sitting
room and bedroom suitable for family will be provided for employee during the terms of
contract excellent educational assistance with family status contracts. We also provide
complete meals for you and family as deemed appropriate along with life insurance policy,
maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing community.
MEDICAL CARE: Employer will provide free medical coverage in Australia
for employee and family throughout contract duration.
VACATION: Employee shall be authorized for six weeks fully paid
vacation annually during the terms of contract, which can be used at the
employee discretion after duty informing and receiving approval from
the respected department.
VISA WORK RESIDENT PERMIT: Employee shall in no circumstance
ask the immigration service to deduct the fee for paper work of visa,
work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the
first month salary, flight ticket as well other monetary benefits will be
issued to employee only when they must have procured their visa,
work/resident permit papers from the immigration. We have signed a
contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee travelling
documents as readiness by employee to join the team. if you agree with
the terms and condition, Kindly sign it and submit it to the office for
immediate documentation.
ATTESTATION: Please confirm your acceptance of the above terms and
conditions by signing on the lower right hand side and returning to us
the duplication copy of the letter within 2 days from the date of
agreement
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement embodies the entire
understanding of the parties hereto and any prior arrangements or
representation is hereby superseded.
HOLIDAYS
All government gazette public holiday maybe observed depending on the exigencies of
work, the management may decide to operate on a holiday on overtime paid hours.
Employee may not proceed on any holiday(s) without an official statement from the organization.
This letterof contract shall be governed in accordance with the law of Australia. You are to sign the contract
agreement only if you’re agreed on the terms and conditions.
