1. Reference: Spot Report dated March 22, 2024;

2. This pertains to the Anti-Illegal Drug Buy-Bust Operation conducted by


DET of Mangaldan PS at Brgy. Poblacion, Mangaldan, Pangasinan at about 5:35 PM
of April 19, 2024 against RAYMUND CERA AGAS a.k.a. “Ali”, 34 years old (DOB:02-
21-1989), with live-in parner and a resident of Brgy. Ambonao, Calasiao,
Pangasinan.

3. In this regard, at about 1:45 PM of April 20, 2024, the record of the case
against the above-named suspect was formally referred to the Office of MYLA S.
MALICDEM Assistant Provincial Prosecutor, OPP Dagupan City, Pangasinan for
Inquest Proceedings and it was docketed under NPS NO. I-01d-INQ-24D-00080 for
Violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of R.A. 9165.

4. Further, based on Chemistry Report No. D-191-24-RFU1-C, confiscated


illegal drugs (SOLD and POSSESSION) gave POSITIVE results to the test for the
presence of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, a dangerous drug under RA 9165
with a total aggregate weight of 1.541 grams and the urine sample taken from the
arrested suspect for drug test with Chemistry Report No. DT-200-24-RFU1-C was
also gave POSITIVE result to the test for the presence of methamphetamine, as
examined by PCPT DIANA LORRAINE BRISTOL-MAÑIBO, RCh, Forensic Chemist
of Lingayen Crime Laboratory Office, Lingayen, Pangsinan.

5. Accused is still under the custody of this office pending the issuance of a
commitment order from the court. (IOC:PSSg Leo C Gonzales with CP #
09108289161).
