 RESOLUTION NO. 4, SERIES OF 2023, A RESOLUTION TO


REQUEST OF TWO BASKETBALL BOARDS WITH RINGS TO THE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU) OF KORONADAL FOR SITIO
COGONAL
 RESOLUTION NO. 5, SERIES OF 2023, CONDUCT CLEAN-UP
DRIVE IN PUROK MALIPAYON AND PUROK KATIPUNAN
ROADSIDE ON DECEMBER 15, 2023, IN ALIGNMENT WITH THE
BARANGAY EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM OF LGU KORONADAL.
SK Member Delgado - Mr. Chair I moved for the urgency of resolution no. 4 and 5,
series of 2023, be considered as urgent resolutions and to be tackled and approved on
the second and final reading in tonight session.

SK Member Magno – I second the moton.

SK Chairman – any objection? Hearing none? Moved by. SK Member Delgado and duly
seconded by SK. Member Magno, motion of urgency resolution of no. 4 and 5, series of
2023 is approved.

SECOND READING OF RESOLUTION # 4

A RESOLUTION TO REQUEST OF TWO BASKETBALL BOARDS WITH RINGS TO


THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU) OF KORONADAL FOR SITIO COGONAL

SK Chairman – any corrections/ comments of this resolution?

SK Member Delgado – Mr. Chair. I moved for the approval of resolution no. 4 to request
of two basketball boards with rings to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Koronadal for
Sitio Cogonal.

SK Member Dajay – I second the motion.

SK Chairman – any objection? Hearing none? Moved by SK Member Delgado and duly
seconded by SK Member Dajay.

READING OF RESOLUTION # 5

RESOLUTION CONDUCT A CLEAN-UP DRIVE IN PUROK MALIPAYON AND PUROK


KATIPUNAN ROADSIDE ON DECEMBER 15, 2023, IN ALIGNMENT WITH THE
BARANGAY EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM OF LGU KORONADAL

SK Chairman – any corrections/comments of this resolutions?

SK Member Solejon – Mr. Chair. I moved for the approval of resolutions no.5 to conduct
a clean-up drive in purok Malipayon and purok Katipunan roadside on December 15,
2023, in alignment with the Barangay Empowerment Program of LGU Koronadal.

SK Member Dajay – I second the motion.

SK Chairman – any objection? Hearing none? Moved by SK Member Solejon and duly
seconded by SK Member Solejon

INSTALLATION OF INTERNET CONNECTION FOR SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

Sk. Chair – And now let us proceed on installation of internet connection for our office.

Mr. Janoya, the owner of FrostBite Internet, offers us a good price for the
installation of our internet connection, and he said that the installation of our
internet connection is free. He offered 25 Mbps and said that we would install two
routers for our internet. One is for our program, the free internet connection on
the mini park, and the other is intended for office use only.

And for our monthly bills, we have a total of one thousand five hundred pesos
(1500) for the two internet connections since the only router costs seven hundred
fifty pesos (750) monthly.

SK Member Delgado - I approve the allocation of one thousand five hundred pesos
(1500) monthly from our SK fund to pay the bills for our two internet connections.

SK Member Magno - I seconded.

REQUEST FOR TABLE TENNIS TABLES TO LGU KORONADAL

SK Chair - The Topland Table Tennis Club requested that the SK Council provide a
table tennis table to support their organization due to their lack of equipment, but
because of the delay in our budget, I decided to pass the request to LGU Koronadal to
grant their request. Therefore, I decided that Mr. SK Secretary will make a letter of
request for the table tennis table of the Table Tennis Club and send it to the office of our
city mayor as soon as possible.

SK Member Dajay - I approve of requesting LGU Koronadal to provide a table tennis


table to support our local table tennis players.

SK Member Solejon – I Seconded

SK COUNCIL HONORARIA

SK Chair – The total of our annual budget from the tem percent (10%) of the yearly
budget of our barangay is one million one hundred six thousand and three hundred
pesos only. And I want twenty-five percent (25%) of our monthly budget to be allocated
to the honoraria of the SK Council, specifically for seven kagawads, the SK Secretary,
and our SK Treasurer. Therefore, each member of the SK council will receive two
thousand five hundred sixty pesos for the monthly honoraria.

SK Member Delgado - I approve of the 25 percent of the annual monthly budget of the
SK Fund allocated to the honoraria of the SK Council.

SK Member Dajay - I seconded.

ALL SK COUNCIL APPROVED.

(All Member approved all agenda and request)
