ACKNOWLEGMENT

Shakey’s Mangoes acknowledges the existence of people who actively

contribute to the success of this business concept. To the parents whose guidance
opened our eyes to a new world of possibilities where we could create, investigate,
and apply concepts to make new discoveries. These individuals become the
impetus behind pursuing and implementing these concepts to get recognition and
fulfill the company plan's long-term objectives. They learn how to reach a decision
on how to turn this product into a success as they take part and assist the
entrepreneurs in evaluating both the advantages and disadvantages of their
offering. The firm would like to thank Ma'am Aileen Salazar for taking part, since
her advice and comments served as the foundation for all this business plan
implementation. Her steadfast assistance is an essential aspect in the
accomplishment of this company concept. We began to come up with ideas for
how we may run this company in accordance with its goal and vision as she
assisted us in thinking through aspects of our business, such as ups and downs.
Additionally, the company would like to thank the parents, friends, and
acquaintances who support it in navigating and achieving its goals and objectives
for its suggested business strategy. Their active collaboration amongst themselves
increased their understanding of the factors to consider while devising a procedure
to manage and create this firm. They began by inventing unique twists for their
product and then explored the possibilities by producing a prototype and evaluating
its taste to see whether it could meet or exceed the target market's expectations.
Without the assistance, critiques, and counsel of individuals that the company has
recognized, this endeavor will not be successful. The memories, together with the
information, tactics, and abilities they have picked up from those individuals, are
what the firm is carrying with them on their voyage. Learning from and working with
such people who have expertise starting and running a business can help the
organization reach its objectives. This turns into a factor in their efforts to turn this
company strategy into an action that appeals to a variety of tastes and persuades
the target market to buy this product.

DEDICATION

The company would like to express its sincere gratitude to the parents
and instructors for their support. They provided unfailing faith, support, and
confidence to do this sort of business. From the start, when their business was first
being planned and prepared, you were a source of bravery and guidance, inspiring
others and hoping for success. The company like to express their sincere gratitude
to their friends, whose many perspectives and perceptive comments have been
invaluable in helping us refine their strategies. Your constructive feedback has
been a ray of sunshine, empowering the company to fearlessly tackle the obstacles
of business planning. Each mistake you have made has given you bravery and
challenges to get better, which, in the complex fabric of our industry, have led to.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

INTRODUCTION

It originated from Mandaue Cebu's summer fruit concept, which used

"Mangga," the national fruit of the Philippines. A versatile and delicious snack that
is primarily consumed raw or paired with sweet, sour, or salty ingredients. Shakey’s
Mangoes are a product created by shaking fresh, sliced mangoes with shrimp
paste. This blends the flavors of the two ingredients, giving the mangoes a sour
taste and the shrimp paste a sweet and spicy consistency. Mangos that have been
freshly chopped and coated in shrimp paste can combine flavors to create a well-
balanced taste that appeals to customers' palates.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Shakey’s Mangoes is a straightforward product created by a young

entrepreneur. Thanks to its unique homemade shrimp paste, it has a tart flavor
complemented by a complementing sweetness and spice that will leave customers
completely hooked. Naturally, though, you may get it at a price that's reasonable
for everyone. Additionally, Shakey’s Mangoes is sliced mango that is shaken in a
Tupperware container to coat it with shrimp paste and produce the mango's unique
combination of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors.
BUSINESS NAME

Shakey’s Mangoes is a shortened form of the company's previous name,

"Shake, Shake Mangoes," which was inspired by the Mandaue Cebu shake shake
mango concept. Since the name Shakey's Mangoes refers to "shaking mangoes,"
the company decided to adopt it. We utilize the name Shakey's Mangoes to
advertise the concept of shaking and jiggling the container containing the sliced
mangoes and shrimp paste to cover the mango slices in shrimp paste.

LOGO OF THE BUSINESS

Choosing the right logo was hard for the company. The company tried
variations and many options to pick, considering the eye-catching picture of a
mango, but fortunately for the company, the logo was made after 5 tries. It is
common, with little uniqueness, but easy to remember and know.

To have a successful mango business, where it can be called a "Shakey's

Mangoes" company wherein impresses people's mind that this business has been
worth it to try. And be an inspiration to other people who desires to start a small

sliced mango fruit and shake it to make sure all the sliced mangoes are covered.
