setting-up. This also includes skills and techniques on welding such as depositing weld beads on plate, welding plates in single pass, multiple
pass fillet joints in all positions; welding plates single pass and multiple pass groove joints in flat, horizontal and vertical positions The session
plan will help direct the trainee’s proper procedure and sequential steps and activities that will facilitate in the development of their needed
skills in SMAW process.
