3 Cement Concrete [Cast in Situ] towards PCC: -
Providing and laying PCC using graded stone aggregate of
specified size and down. The job includes machine /
manual mixing, placing, compacting by hand ramming,
curing for a period of 14 days etc., all complete. Vibrator
to be used whenever required without any extra cost at
all levels / heights. Removing of shuttering to be done
carefully without shock and vibration as to avoid damage
to the PCC work.

Top surface finished with 20/25mm thick cement sand

from natural source] uniformly and checked for level and
slope and left for a day to harden. Water is sprinkled on
this bed [machine] and dry cement is spread on the work
area for 15 minutes and then after pieces of glazed
broken chine mosaic tiles are placed over in pattern
closely packed with gap of 3mm / 4mm presses and fitted
in position upto 300mm vertical height on parapet and all
curves / golas. Then after the laid glazed broken china
mosaic tiles are hammered with wooden mallet to
achieve a uniform surface then after gap in between is
filled with white cement slurry with a small travel over to
remove. The surface is cleaned with saw dust, to remove
excess cement sticking to the glazed china mosaic
surface and then curing for 15 days of ponding with
forming bunds.

17 Toe Wall:
Providing and constructing random rubble masonry with
hard stone in Cement mortar 1:6 [1 cement : 6 coarse
sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources] for
substructure [foundation @600mm width, pedestal upto
plinth / ground level] & superstructure [pedestal
@350mm width & height ≤1050mm w.r.t. ground level]
as per IS 1597 Part I, Latest Edition maintaining place
even exposed elevational surface including levelling up
with cement concrete 1:6:12 [1 cement : 6 coarse sand
(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 12 graded stone
aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural
sources]. Rate to include soaking stones, cleaning the
erta mortar over stone by wire brush, raking the joints to
10mm deep and curing complete [exposed one side
