SUBJECT Stripper Angle
Brief:
We have changed the stripper, from the sheet type to the pad type, from our May production machines. At
the same time, Unit/ Stripper was to be re-built to change the stripper angle from 22 deg. to 24 deg..
However, the stripper angle had not been changed on our production machines. Therefore, the machines
had been shipped with the stripper angle 22 deg.. ( see Fig. 1 )
Due to this mis-production, the pickup roller and the stripper cover may contact each other, and could lead
to multiple paper feeding.
For the machines produced during 19 ~ 30 Nov., we have shipped the machines with the Stripper Angle
Adjustment Dial turned clockwise to make the stripper angle 24 deg.. ( see Fig. 2 )
From our December productin machines, the Unit/Stripper has been re-built, and the stripper angle is 24
deg.. ( see Fig. 3 )
To distinguish the Unit / Stripper, from the present one to the re-built one, check if there is a white mark on
the area shown below.
The re-buile type ( 24 deg. ) has a white mark.
