Thank you for your interest in a career at Shell.
We’re thrilled to be inviting you to the first assessment in your application process.
To further evaluate your qualifications, you are about to go through an interactive experience called the
Virtual Job Tryout and on-demand video interview (ODVI). You should plan to complete this step in a quiet
location with no distractions by 8th March 12:00 - 2:00 PM
The Virtual Job Tryout takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and you are able to access this on
any internet-connected device. Further instructions to complete the Virtual Job Tryout are provided once
you begin. Please note: You can apply to multiple jobs that match your skills, experience, and interests.
However, please refrain from taking multiple assessments as this will affect your score and will impact
your candidacy standing. Assessment outcomes are valid for 10 months and will be used as reference for
your other applications within that time period.
After completing your Virtual Job Tryout, you will start the on-demand video interview (ODVI), which
should take you 10-15 minutes. We encourage you to complete this immediately following your Virtual Job
Tryout, but you will have the ability to return to the experience at any point in time should you need to. All
information will be saved as you complete.
Upon completion of the Virtual Job Tryout and On Demand Interview, please click the “Submit” button.
This will notify the recruiter that your application is ready for review.
