Dear Basketball Club Committee,

It is with great pleasure we would like to invite all young Basketball Players from all over the
world to Participate in "JAVA INTERNATIONAL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT (JIBT) 2023
Volume 2" a major sporting event featuring a Basketball tournament. The Tournament is a
recurring event twice a year in March and October annually, taking place in Sentul, West Java
- Indonesia on October 2023.

We would like to invite Your Team to sign-up for the JIBT 2023. The aim and purpose of the
tournaments is to enable young athletes from around the world to gather together, have fun,
and learn from each other.

The organizers
The "JIBT 2023 Volume 2" is organized by PT Kuy Digital Indonesia (PELATIHKUY) a Sport
Event Organizer. Pelatihkuy just held the "JAVA INTERNATIONAL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
2023 Volume 1" and "Bali International Basketball Tournament 2023".

20 - 22 October 2023 - U12 and U14

Location
The "JIBT 2023 Volume 2" are held in Sentul, West Java - Indonesia. Sentul is located 31 miles
south of Jakarta with Natural Beauty : The area around Sentul is characterized by lush green
landscapes, rolling hills, and picturesque views. Sentul has become a prominent destination
for tourism and recreation.

The Venue name The Bucket List Sentul Inside Taman Budaya Sentul City, 2 hour drive from
the Airport, a Bunch of Hotels and Restaurants nearby. Taman Budaya Sentul City is a
cultural park where visitors can enjoy traditional performances and exhibitions.

U18 - max 31 Dec 2005

PRIZES
All efforts will be made to have each participating team play 3 games in a Pool format with 2
Pool for each Category. Certificate and trophy and Medal are awarded to the top three
teams in each categories, and a MVP medal for each category.

RULES
FIBA's rules are to be applied.
A list of player is to be handed 25 days before the Events.
Tournament Fee should be made for booking the Slot.

ONLINE ACTIVATION
All game will broadcast LIVE on Pelatihkuy YouTube Chanel with interactive Rooster
Lineups, and scoreboard. All game schedule, result and update will be posted daily on
Pelatihkuy Instagram.

REGISTRATION
Registration is open from 10th August 2023.

TEAM FEE
The fee for each participating is USD 550/team. Including Match Fee and Mineral Water
during the game.

Insurance
Insurance is compulsory and the responsibility of each participants. BIBT cannot
accept any responsibility whatsoever. Medical are available during the game only
for injury first aid. For Indonesian Team BPJS are mandatory, contact us to get
assist to get BPJS.

VISA
For those of who need a specified invitation to a get Visa for Indonesia, please send us a list
as soon as possible, stating full name, date of birth and passport number for all delegation
