We provide no warranty in respect of any consumable products sold by us, resultantly no refunds will be issued in
respect of any consumable products. We may, by way of written agreement, permit the return and exchange of
consumable products for a different size/model/package, if the consumable products to be returned are unused and
intact (unopened if sealed). In the event that the substituted product is worth more than the returned product, you
can simply pay the outstanding balance at our sales office. In the event that the substituted product is worth less
than the returned product, we will provide you with a credit which can be utilised in respect of any subsequent
purchase from us or to settle (or partially settle) any amount owing to us, provided that the funds shall not be repaid
or refunded in any manner. We provide no support whatsoever for all consumables used for machines not from us.
Fragile Items Special The products offered are of such a nature that you should arrange

are manufacturing representatives in South Africa with two branches. We have

mainly developed in the USA and Europe. We import, warehouse, sell, dispatch and service

South Africa or SADC countries to provide sales of our machines and spares, or service and support for

Thank you for your interest in the products and services from AM.CO.ZA Group of Companies. Once you have
confirmed and paid this quotation, you have agreed to the products specified terms and conditions above and the
general terms and conditions below associated with this purchase, and you will be bound there under.
Price Validation
All prices are quoted in South African Rand and will be valid until the 2024-5-2. Please request the new quotation
from your salesperson if you haven't made the required payment yet.
Deposit
In the event that a deposit is paid to secure a pre-order for products or products are purchased on a lay-by basis,
such deposit shall be non-refundable and the balance of the purchase price owing in respect of the product(s) shall
be paid in full, prior to delivery of the products, unless other payment terms are agreed upon between yourself and
Advanced Machinery (Pty) Ltd, or its duly authorised representative and recorded in the quotation for the products.
Compatibility
When we claim that our software, accessories, spare parts or consumables are compatible with a competitor's
products range or specific model, the claim is based on our experience of our competitors' current and past
products. We will not be held responsible for unfit or incompatible purchases and no returns will be allowed or
refunds given. Please check our accessories and spare parts specification data, photos etc. before you make a
decision about the purchase. All purchases are final and binding.
Exchange
Only consumables and spares may be exchanged under the conditions stated above. Additional payments will be
required if the exchange value is higher. No refund will apply if the exchange value is lower. For any machines that
were manufactured faulty we may choose to temporarily provide you with a backup machine by our sole discretion
for you to use while the other one is being repaired. All transport costs during this process will be for your account.
Quality Warranty
We provide a comprehensive quality guarantee and warranty for machines and/or spares and accessories to ensure
that you will be able to focus on your business at all times. Warranty is subject to mandatory service on required
service interval when applicable. The only difference between the warranty or non-warranty period is whether or
not you will be liable for the cost of the replaced spare parts. No additional labour cost for repairing in any period
will apply.
Return and Refund
Conditional full or partial refund will be given to purchases that are not executable purchases. No refund will be
granted for any other reasons. Restocking fee is a charge applied on returned items for qualifying return requests.
Transportation
Transportation of machines, spares, consumables or any other items, either from or to your premises will always be
for your account. Even when we will be shipping on your behalf the bill will be passed to you. Kindly enquire about
an approximation of these costs before placing your final order.
On-Site Installation & Handover
For machines, when you come for collection, we will always provide installation and handover free of charge at our
premises. If such installation or handover cannot be conducted at our premises, or if you would like to collect, or if
you require us to come to your premises for installation or handover, the cost of transport and accommodation of
required technician(s) are for your own account. The trip is required to be pre-arranged and paid in full before we
dispatch installation team.
Services, Diagnosis & Repairs
All services, diagnosis or repairs as may be undertaken or requested by you in relation to equipment (whether
purchased from Advanced Machinery (Pty) Ltd or otherwise) are so undertaken at your own risk, cost and expense.
Although we take all the requisite steps to ensure that all services, diagnosis or repairs, as may be undertaken or
required from time to time, are so undertaken by qualified technicians in accordance with the best service
standards, care and professionalism, there are a number of elements, factors and risks which are beyond our
reasonable control. As a result, neither Advanced Machinery (Pty) Ltd nor its employees, directors, agents or
representatives (collectively "us/our") shall be responsible for any costs, expenses, loss or damage which you (or the
equipment) may sustain as a result of any service, diagnosis or repair by reason of any act, or omission of
whatsoever nature and you agree to indemnify us in this regard.
Genuine Parts and Consumables
For purposes of keeping the product warranty, guarantee and/or service plan in respect of a machine purchased
from Advanced Machinery (Pty) Ltd, it is recorded that machines sold by us may only be serviced, diagnosed,
repaired or be restored using Advanced Machinery (Pty) Ltd genuine parts. Similarly, only Advanced Machinery (Pty)
Ltd genuine consumables may be used or reused in relation to our machines.
In the event that it is found during a service, diagnosis, repair or restoration in respect of a machine purchased from
Advanced Machinery (Pty) Ltd, that (i) parts in respect of the machine have been replaced with parts from a third
party supplier or (ii) consumables used in relation to the machine have been procured from a third party supplier, we
reserve the right to refuse to service, to diagnose, to repair or to restore the machine and/or to reject any warranty
claims relating to the machine, unless such replacement parts and/or the use of such consumables, as the case may
be, has been approved by us in writing and in advance.
Invoicing
Invoices or tax invoices will be emailed directly to you ( to: [email protected] ) from our
accounting department once full payment has been confirmed and stock has been dispatched and/or service has
been delivered. All products remain the property of Advanced Machinery (Pty) Ltd until paid for in full.
Marketing
You hereby consent to us using your information for marketing purposes by us and our affiliate companies with the
option to opt out. Your information will also be used in limited situations that might required to complete a purchase
under your instruction, for example to furnish a bank with information for finance purposes.
Other
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace parts ordered with similar priced alternative parts
without prior notice to the Customer.
