society. In the Philippines
alone, it is estimated that
more than 4.2 million
families are hungry.

People who belong to any
social, cultural, religious, or
political minorities tend to
be discriminated against as
well. Social exclusion,
injustice, and oppression
are some of its the negative
impacts.
