P.W.D. Buildings (C&M) Division, Theni is maintaining the Health Sub Centre
Building at Durairajapuram in Theni District. The building is found in register of public
buildings vide Register No. .The year of construction is and to carry out the
repair works in the Health Sub Centre Building at Durairajapuram in Theni District,has
been sanctioned by The District Helath Officer,Theni vide Proc No: 1421/A5/2024
Dated:26.04.2024, for Maintenanace and Repair works in various places.The Health Sub
Centre Building at Durairajapuram is one among them to carry out the repair works for
the year 2023 – 2024 for an amount of Rs.3.45 Lakhs.

The Executive Engineer, PWD, Buildings (C&M) Division, Theni has also instructed
to inspect the Health Sub Centre Building at Durairajapuram in Theni District and to
prepare the detailed estimate immediately.
Accordingly, the subject has been discussed with the Concerned Medical Officer
and necessary detailed estimate has been prepared.
1] Dismantling Pressed tiles & Weathering course and Flooring concrete has been
proposed.
2] Clean removal of Cement plaster from wall surface.
3] Old and New Machine Pressed tiles has been proposed over Weathering course
concrete.
4] Plastering with C.M.1:3-12mm thick have been proposed.
5] Front side Shed with Galvalume sheet roofing has been proposed.
6] Necessary Rain water pipe and CI manhole cover has been proposed.
7] White washing two coat for inner area , Painting Exterior Emulsion paint,Old Iron
work and New iron work has been proposed.
In this, estimate L.S. Provisions for Unforeseen item of work have been made. 18%
G.S.T. Tax has been adopted in this estimate for Civil Value. This estimate has been
prepared based on the current schedule of rates for the year 2023 – 2024 and works out
to Rs.3.45 Lakhs - The expenditure which is proposed to be incurred is chargeable
under the “Head of Account -
