Symptom
Error "http status code 404" in the defaultTrace.rfc file of the SAP Solution Manager JAVA stack
The full error is:
"Error accessing to Enterprise Manager: <HostName>@6001

Status of Introscope Enterprise Manager status is red (offline) in the Infrastructure Preparation step. However, the Introscope
Enterprise Manager process is up and running correctly at OS level.

Environment
SAP Solution Manager 7.1 and 7.2
SAP Solution Manager Diagnostics

Reproducing the Issue


1. Run transaction SOLMAN_SETUP;
2. Go to Infrastructure Preparation;
3. Step "4.Define CA Introscope".

Cause
The SAP Management Modules were not correctly deployed in the Introscope Enterprise Manager during the installation process, hence
the service which performs the communication between the EM and the SAP Solution Manager is not available in the Introscope
Enterprise Manager.

Resolution
To solve the issue it is required to install the Management Modules in the Introscope Enterprise Manager. The Management Modules
need to be downloaded according to the release of the EM, there are specific Management Modules for each version.
The steps to install the Management Modules are:
1. Download the Management Modules package file WILYISMM*.ZIP from the SAP Market Place, the download steps are:

2. Follow KBA 2627272 - How to deploy / Install / Update Introscope Enterprise Manager Management Modules - SAP Solution
Manager.
PS: For the Introscope EM 10.8, after installing the Management Modules, execute osgiindex.bat (for Windows OS) or
osgiindex.sh (for UNIX OS) in the EM installation folder. Then restart the EM.
