Self-esteem is your opinion of yourself. People with healthy self-esteem like
themselves and value thier achievements While everyone lacks confidence
occasionally, people with law self-esteem feel unhappy or unsitisfied with themselves
most of the time.

Did you know that healthy body image is more than simply tolerating what
you like or “not disliking” yourself?
Most of all people today made the physical appearance as one of the
important factors in building your body image. So through the evolution of our culture
that physical look is important, some individual seeks to have surgery to meet thier

culture conceptualized beauty. Young adolescents are force to adhere to society’s
definition of beauty so that they well not be labelled ugly or “pangit” in local dialect.
